Breathing Creates Space
Dissolving Reactivity with Your Breath
In this module, you will learn to be present in your body integrating movement and breath work. You will recalibrate your nervous system by learning to self regulate through breath work. You will learn to create spaciousness and how to set healthy boundaries. I’ll lead you in a guided practice of diaphragmatic breathing, helping you to feel safe in your body. In this module, you’ll discover:
- How to recalibrate your nervous system for increased self mastery. Learn to self regulate through breath work.
- How to use long exhalation to instantly access a state of calmed centeredness.
- A dynamic visualization and full body breathing practice to multiply the benefits of this work.
Recommended Assignments:
1. New material added to Module 3:
Occupy Your Body- (Intuitive dance) It is in the replay section.
Listen to the music; move your body to the rhythm of the music, and let go.

2. Breath-Work Practices.
For best integration of the material and learning in this module, I recommend to start listening and practicing the additional recordings and resources on breath-work. (Lesson 3- Breathing Creates Resilience)
If you have not looked at your bonuses yet, now is a good time to start watching Module One and Module Two of the Wellness QiGong- Fundamentals. You can practice the diaphragmatic breathing and the super slow movements of the QiGong routine.
3. I highly recommend using the resources I have put together for you on Procrastination and Breaking Bad Habits- unless you have excellent habits and there’s no room for improvement. (Lesson 4 and Lesson 6)

I suggest you get into the habit of making time to listen to at least one audio 3 times a day. If you can listen to them more regularly, or listen to all 3 audios three times a day then you will develop the habits faster.
